Snoop f/ Pharrell & Jay-Z - Drop It Like It's Hot (Remix)
I heard this on that radio station I hate, Hot 99.5. It's pretty bad. The beat sounds exactly like anything else (it loses the percussive tongue clicking and long bass breaks of the original). Jay-Z does some average rap, maybe earning my attention 3 times. "These bitches givin out cases like a liqour store" - that's a pretty cool punchline right there. Itd be better if he was more interesting throughout. I really could have cared less for Snoop's and/or for Pharrell's verses.
P.S. - Isn't Jay-Z retired or something? He has had 2 tours, 2 cd's, and around 8 million mixtape-only songs since he "retired"
